Go to our "Store" page and add a "whole bird deposit" to your cart! Size is limited this year to our smaller turkeys (8-12lbs) but if you’re having a bigger gathering you can always cook two birds in two modes!

Try smoking a whole bird and dredging, breading and frying some pieces from the other turkey while turning the back into a rich gravy, or roast one whole turkey and fry one in peanut oil in the driveway. There’ll be something for everyone, and there will never be too many cooks in the kitchen if you cook outside!
