Most turkeys and chickens are not raised outside. This is weird and sad. We think raising poultry on pasture should be the norm, because once you taste the difference there’s really no going back.

We feed our turkeys and chickens an organic non-GMO grain ration and raise them on certified organic pastures. We sweat the details so that you can have a relationship to your food that is delicious and meaningful.

At the end of the day, we are most proud of our relationships- to our animals, our soil, our diesel mechanic, our local feed store, our local hardware store and our peer farmers. We’re one piece in the puzzle of what connects us all to the place we call home.
